Head of Fujitsu Academy & IT Women of the Year 2019
Felicitas Birkner is the Head of the Fujitsu Academy in Central Europe and is the Chairman of the Women in Tech Expert Committee of the German Bitkom Association. In almost 30 years of professional practice, Felicitas has led numerous business projects to success in the corporate world. She studied Tech Facilities at the Technical University of Dresden and went on to enhance her technical expertise with qualifications in multi-dimensional marketing management, psychology, and business and communication moderation. Felicitas leads educational projects and several diversity & inclusion initiatives and is engaged as member of the TUM Asian-European-Society advisory board. As a speaker, trainer, coach and mentor, Felicitas supports change processes and career paths. In 2009 she developed the the P.e.P.Lebens-Stil-Programme® and in 2012 co-founded the PWN-Munich e.V. that is now a global network. As an author, Felicitas motivates in books such as “Visionaries of Today - Designers of Tomorrow” (2018) and “CSR & Digitization” (2017), published by Springer-Gabler in Germany. For her achievements, her specialist knowledge, her forward-thinking, her support of upcoming talents and her efforts in diversity, Felicitas has been awarded the “Women in IT Award Europe as Women of the Year 2019” and the “Female in IT Award 2019, category Digital Transformation” in Germany.
